To evaluate customers' business & establish the need for staff. To determine how we can assist with their personnel/staffing needs. Conducting assessments, developing solutions, and presenting proposals to customers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive assessments of Clients staffing needs
- Secure Business & pass to talent acquisition
- Initiate and maintain client information in the CTS
- Weekly targeted number of leads generated
- Sales and closing quotas
- Adherence to safety policy
- High School Diploma
- B2B sales with 2– 5 years experience
- Knowledge of Staffing industry
- Strong direct, door-to-door or cold call sales skills
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) & ability to communicate energy savings in a simple manner
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
- Proven ability to manage recruitment of new customers while maintaining current customer network
- Valid Michigan Driver’ s License
- Ability to pass the background check and Drug Test
